Neighborhood News

Important Information Concerning Neighborhood Walk-thru and Inspections

In an effort to maintain the appearance of the neighborhood our management company Trent Management will be doing periodic walk-thrus of Brookstone and Fieldstone to inspect our homes and lawns.

New Architectural Request Procedure

Any residence architectural requests or neighborhood maintenance issues should be directed to our new management company, Trent Management Company.

After much deliberation and due diligence, the Board has chosen Trent Management to be the management company for our neighborhood.

We have added a new crime watch page in an effort to keep residents accurately informed on issues relating to safety and our neighborhood Crime Watch committee.

Association Dues

Association dues are $535/year. If not paid on time, the late fee is $42.
